COVID Event Policy

In order to protect our supporters and the greater community, we are implementing a COVID policy for our 2022 event. All staff, volunteers, and event attendees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination* against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result** taken within 72 hours of the event. Guests are also encouraged to wear masks unless actively eating or drinking.

In order to expedite the registration process, guests must send COVID records to our office prior to the event, by Friday, February 4th.

*An individual is considered "fully vaccinated" two weeks after the second dose of a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
**Rapid antigen and/or home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.

Ticket Refund Policy

  • Guests who provide a written cancellation notice to NYF staff by Friday, January 31st will be entitled to receive a 100% refund for their event ticket(s).
  • Guests who provide a written cancellation notice to NYF staff between Friday, February 4th and Friday, February 11th (by 5:00pm MST) will be entitled to receive a refund minus the stated Fair Market Value of each event ticket ($150 per ticket).
  • Guests who have not submitted their COVID record ahead of time, or who fail to bring their COVID record for verification onsite, will not be admitted to the event and will forfeit the full cost their event ticket.
  • Guests unable to attend the event who have not provided written notice to NYF staff at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time will forfeit the full cost of their event ticket.
  • Guests anticipating that they will be unable to attend the event due to a health concern, inclement weather, or otherwise are asked to provide notification to NYF no less than 24 hours before the event start time.
  • Should a guest be unable to attend the event due to any issues of health, inclement weather, or other circumstance beyond reasonable control, NYF will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to reach a fair refund agreement. This will take into consideration the non-refundable cost of the meal/ticket that will have already been remitted to the event venue as of Friday, February 4, 2022.
